Micaela showing off the butterfly that she caught all by herself.

If you look closely you'll see that they are playing with dried beans, not sand.

The kids never cease to amase me with their growth and the things they are doing. I am anxious to see Macaela dressup in her costumes, Nathaniel (the Grublet) pushing Gabriel in the giant Tonka truck, and Gabriel with a new finger. We will be there soon to help the family. It just isn't soon enough.

I ran 4.4 miles this morning along Elizabeth Lake Rd at an easy clip. I am tired tonight and the day seemed to drag on. But I will give it another try tomorrow morning. Memere walked with Erin and her dog Molly on the golf course this morning before the sun came up. I did not see any birds during my run going to the circus, but I did here one duck in the water which I could not see, heard some ravens, coyotes across the lake, more than the usual dogs barking in the distance and saw a shooting star. The sun was not up but one could see the distant glow skimming across the water. It was beautiful. I often will sing the same verse of a hymn over and over again while jogging in cadence with my step. At the end of the lake and in other walks and runs Memere has initiated a process where the runner must hit the sentinel post (speed sign) before turning around. I did this and think that is what make the duck quack.

God is blessing. We see it in your lives. Continue in your path because the grandparents, friends, and families are praying for Becky's delivery, and the changes your family will be going through.

Love you

Pepere and Memere
