The Final Stretch

These next few weeks will bring about many changes. We have less than two weeks of college classes left and will be taking our finals on the 14th and 16th. Please pray for us. Becky will be giving birth to baby "boy" (no name yet) and then we will be moving. Oh, and Ian will be seperating from the Air Force on the 25th. Pray for us. I have been praying that God will lead me to the job that he wants me to work at. Many times I get caught up in searching for a "good" job and then get worried. I know God has a job for me and that I need to trust in him. Lately I've been thinking about being a teacher. It doesn't pay what I would have hoped for, but there are many other benefits, like summer times with my families and the opportunity to influence hundreds of children. I would like prayer for this. The kids are doing well. Tonight at family worship Nathaniel sang so loudly and "uniquely" that Micaela and Becky couldn't help but grin and chuckle. He was very serious and even added hand motions to the song. I think we were singing Holy, Holy, Holy. Becky has taught them a new song called Jehova-Jireh that we all clap to. The kids all get up and start running, clapping and singing during the song. Gabriel just grins like a crocodile and runs laps around the other two. I must stop procrastinating and finish my term papers now. We enjoy all the comments from the grandparents. Becky never did have to eat worms. We love you all.

Becky and Ian..
I love reading about your devotion time with the family. It's great to do that...keep it up. Nathaniel has a wonderful heart! He reminds me a lot of his Dad....even if he looks like his grand-dad!! I am praying for you all and the move in general. You prayed and felt at peace with your decisions and God will see you thru with His plans for your life. Just keep leaning on him (and I know how hard that is sometimes!)

I can't wait til you are closer.

Candi....I am excited to see your email....I'm sure Becky is too. My email at work is reggie_jay@lcca.com
I am in Cleveland too again.

My home email isn't working right now.

Time is short and it is fast approaching the many life changing events in your lifes. We know you know in your heart the scriptures to lean on but even as Nana knows, it is still hard. We pray for your family often and think about you and the kids. There are a lot of us standing in the gap for you with prayers. I have to admit I am concerned, but not worried. Becky's family will lend a hand in the transition and there is a special job waiting for you.

Thanks for the help with my paper. Between Ian and Becky, and Michelle I think it turned out pretty good.

Love you and we will watch the birds going to the circus together. Hope you have an air mattress while I am camping with the kids outside.

I ran 22 miles again this week in anticipation that I am running with daddy. In addition, we rode the bikes along the beach for 24 miles to get ready to ride with Macaela and the boys.

Gran Pepere and Gran Memere did better over the weekend. They were pleasant and we recognized their health as being better too.

Love you once again
